Cowl Vent
My 68's cowl vent is in good shape and doesn't leak. I'm in the process of prepping the car for a new paint job, but needc to know how I can sand and repaint inside the cowl vent area. Like I said it's in good shape but it looks like old peeling primer paint inside it. I can get my hand inside their through the passenger side vent but don't know how well I'd be able to do any sanding or painting through it. Any suggestions? Think I'd feel more comfortable if I maybe sprayed some rubber undercoating in there to ensure it never rusts out?
