A good friend of mine has a 66 289. He wanted flowmasters but was torn between the 2 and 3 chambers. He did not want it too loud and also hated the drone. I recommended the 2-Chamber Delta Flow mufflers. They were put on last night, and they sound great. Keepin in mind he has the stock exhaust manifolds on, and a custom built h-pipe. There is NO interior resonance. The sound is deep/throaty, but not obnoxious. I highly recommend them.

If I go this fast at 19, I wonder how fast I will be going at 40! |

Well, since youve heard both regular 2 chambers and the delta flow 2's. Whats the difference. I have regular 2's and I want something deeper and louder.

Well the Delta Flows are not louder. They are deeper and have more throat than the standard 2-chambers. On my Cobra, the exhaust is 'tinny', but loud. I will soon put on the 2-Chamber Delta Flows for a more deeper, big block sound.

But it is annoying when you go no a road trip, cruising at 70mph, and have to crank up the stereo to prevent yourself from going crazy.
