Default Disk Brake Conversion

ok guys i have a question about disk brakes for my 65 stang. is their any newer fords that i can steal the breaks from? i was wondering this because my mom just retired her 95 F150 i dont think they will work, but thought maybe it was worth the asking of the question. if not then what options do i have.
thanks
matt
