Default Doubtfull, but hoping ;-) (engine swap q's)

I will probably be buying a 69 coupe relatively soon, and it currently has a 289 in it that looks like it's done it's time and a newly rebuilt C-4. My guess is that the car originally came with the 302 2v. I also have the opportunity to buy a nice running stock 429 for cheap. My question is can I fit the 429 in this car without extreme modifications? What all would I need to do to make it all work together or is it even worth it? I know it's possible, but without this car being made for a big block, how much work are we talking about here?

Thanks,

Dave
