![]() This site is great! I have been restoring a 73 Mach I with a 351C.
I don't know why, but I can't find motor mounts anywhere. I found some aftermarket ones from transdapt, but they look completely different than the ones I have. The Ford people told me the Ford number is D3ZZ6038A. If anyone knows a source or any info that might help I would greatly appreciate it. I also wonder if the mounts for a 72 model would work. They seem to be more common place. |

![]() i dont see why a 72 mount wouldnt work, here is a napa auto part number for a 72 mount which is really the same car "frame wise"
http://www.napaautoparts.com/masterp...+Mount+-+Front stop buy a napa store have them order ya one and see if it will work if not it may be close enough that you can make it work,i did search for the 73 mounts for a while and they are hard to find so maybe this will work for ya... Steve |
