Default Engine Problem - UPDATE

Thanks for the help so far.

Readjusted the valves to finger tight plus 1/2 turn. I probably need to replace my rockers. (None in Fresno. Just the rail type)
Replaced my PVC.
Took off my demon Carb and put on the Edlebrock.

Car running much better. Idles between 600/700 rpm.
Timing back to 5btdc. Had it 10/12/14 etc.
Poor low end performance and with the edlebrock the top end is weak. Still working on it. I think I may have jumped a tooth on the timing chain.
