I question if it is a mustang original motor. I have not been able to find any code starting with D. Cobra jet appears to start with J. I could be wrong but will continue to look. Good luck

Are you sure it's not D2AE-CA? I can't find any listing for D2AE-OA, but the D2AE-CA is the casting number for all Cobra Jet 351 Clevelands built between 1971 and 1974, with 4 bolt mains (part numbers D1ZZ-A and D3ZZ-A). The next closest would be the D2AE-DA, which was a 1972-1974 351 Cleveland, but it was a 2 bolt main (part number D0AZ-D).

Hope this helps.

Take care,
-Chris
