![]() I went to a good muffler shop, well known around here. Scottie's mufflers. Anyways I went to see what it would cost for them to do my exhaust on my mustang.
I told them i wanted 2 1/2 pipes, to flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers, and a turndown pipe right there. i did forget to mention i want cutouts though. And they told me it would cost around 300 dollars after i buy and install headers myself. Does that seem way overpriced? They want another 180 bucks to install my headers for me, but they recommended i do it myself, for the experience. And do any of you recommend a different pipe setup? Im buying hooker comp headers from summit racing ($182.95) Thanks
