![]() Hey, i've been having some problems with my 302 i rebuilt awhile ago. This has been happening mostly after im done doing some racing. The weird thing is that I shift at 6k out of first and second, (3 speed transmission) and the oil pressure stays up all through the gears, but then when i put in the clutch and jump on the brakes the oil pressure drops to under 10. What im thinking is that I need a windage tray or baffle, what do you guys think? The good news is that I beat my brothers camaro, plus a friends cobalt (didnt expect much from the cobalt one ovbiously) Oh, and by the way sometimes my engine just dies after i put in the cluth after my "run" and i can build my oil pressure back up from below 10 if i rev it up a bit, though difficult when trying to stay on the brakes! Thanks for any info guys.
