Question Falcon/Ranchero to Mustang parts interchange

I ran across a '65 or '66 Ranchero in a boneyard today and was wondering if the the rear end and front drums/backing plates would bolt into my 64.5 'stang with cheesy 4 bolt running gear. The boneyard's price on these parts was $300.00 What do you guys think?
