First show, any suggestions?

I'm showing my 81 cobra for the first time this weekend. Anyone have any suggestions for making my baby look her best?

you want to get the engine compartment spotless, like you could and do eat off of it. You also want to take a qtip or something and clean all the wax and other stuff from around any seams and emblems. Then get the door jams on the body and the door and the hatchback both the bottom of the lid and the area around the weather stripping. and shine those tires!!!! Good luck. while you are at the show look at what other people are really doing to get their car ready to show. It takes a couple of tries before you get it almost perfect.

good luck

I was "experimenting" and found out that STP "Son of a Gun" works great to shine up the urathane bumper on the rear. I'm thinking about trying it on the other moldings, too. Like the front air dam.

Just passing on what I've found out. Hope someone else can get some use from it too.
