Post front frame rail plugs / torque boxes

The inner front frame rails on our 68 hardtop and 68 fastback each have 2, 1.25 inch holes. Located between shock tower and rad support. I cannot buy rubber plugs for these. The Scott Drake 67-68 rubber plug kit does not contain them, and other suppliers have come up dry. I see that the 69 70 kit has them, but you have to buy the whole kit. Anybody help? thanks, Dale
