Default Fuel Pump?

I have a new Holley Mech. Fuel Pump and am wondering if I need a Regulator. I believe it is a 12 psi pump. Mild engine upgrades. Intake, Higher duration cam.

Yea, you want a regulator, and maybe even a fuel pressure guage. For a carb motor, you want to run about 7 psi.
