Thumbs down Fuel, Temp and Oil Pressure Gauge Not Working

My Fuel, Temp and Oil Pressure Gauge are not working. I replaced the voltage regulator, checked the ground and wires running to it and see nothing visible. I have read where I may need to change the ignition switch. I am willing to do so but would like to know why I would do so. I don't know much about this stuff and would like to understand more. Everything else is working fine. Please help with an explanantion, if you think I am on the right track and/or anything else I can try to fis this problem. 1966 convertible.

THANKS!

Marc

Is there voltage going there?? When you say you changed the voltage regulator, do you mean the IVR or the regulator for the alternator??
