Head compatibility
Will 1975 351W Heads fit a 66 289? I have heard that only years 69 to 74 will fit.

If I'm not mistaken, those are smog heads. You'd be better off going another way.

The're the stock 66 289 heads, they have been re-built(seats,valves,""springs ect). performance wise,they could stand some port work.
