![]() Looking for help,,, I am replacing door pins on a 67 coupe and can not find a way to remove the short pin with roller on the bottom hinge. Has anyone out there done this and/or know how it is done. Also we are looking to install lower side scoops, how hard is this to do. It looks like the rear window needs to be removed? Any help would be great !!!
Thanks,,,, |

![]() A lot easier to buy the complete hinge.
The only way to get in where the rear side scoops are is to remove the rear seat, side panels and see if you can work around the rear widows. If not, out they come too.

![]() I only vaguely remember back when I repainted my car ('66 coupe). At that time I did remove the fake side scoop trim for the repaint. I do believe that I removed the rear side window to get at the nuts attatching the scoop trim pieces. Since you already have the seat out and the side panels off, it's not too much more effort to go ahead and remove the rear side windows. I think that's how I did it on my '66.
