Default loud humming

My 87GT would just suddenly stall, no sputtering or surging,
just stall after driving for about 45 minutes. I've had the tfi ,pick up coil and ignition coil replaced. so now i'm suspecting it's the fuel pump since it is humming kinda loud. i could hear it specially when i'm at idle on a stop sign. should i go ahead and get it replaced?
thx in advance
