Default Help, Need a measurement.

Hello,

I have an interesting request for you all. I am having a lot of trouble with an aftermarket rack and pinion conversion, long story, anyway I have too much toe in my alignment. This is when the tie rods are all the way adjusted inward. I am in conversations with the company's tech department, and they need this measurement to continue:

1965-1966 Outer tie rod end to outer tie rod end, from zerk to zerk, in inches. This is on a car with "proper alignment" and stock V8 spindles. You see, I'm going to have to do some cutting and were trying to find out how much I am off from a "proper" alignment.

Thank you for your help.

Aaron
