Help Please
My Buddy Brought A 66 To Me He Has Restored For Me To Put A New 289 In It Have Done So All Hooked Up Got Power To The Firewall Plug Under Hood But That Is As Far As It Goes No Power Inside Car No Switch To Start It No Lights No Wipers Inside Of Car Dead He Took It Apart And I Have No Clue What He May Have Left Out Is There A Ground From Firewall To Block Or Something Im Missing Please Help Thanks

Why not just add a ground from the engine to the firewall. If you have no power anywhere check and see if the wires on the solenoid are on the correct side. The power to the car wire on the battery side, not the starter side.
Then if that is OK, start tracing the power from the fuse panel and see if you have it there. If you do, then trace it to where you lose it. Sounds like you have "zero" coming out of the fuse panel. I'd check power in, from solenoid. Good luck.
