Post clutch disc sticks to flywheel

after car sits for 2 weeks. 428 w/Hays 2800 lb long style press. plate. Once it sticks you can not shift gears. you then have to pry disc away from flywheel manually. The old trick of starting car in 4th gear with clutch in does not work. I suspect some rust has started from moisture causing disc to anneal itself to flywheel. Note. there is no slippage with this drag setup because of high pressure. I hear you can shoot assy. with small hand held fire extinguisher ??? Help please. I don't want to tear this apart...again just to sand flywheel
