Question Need Help Fast on 87GT Disc Brake Conversion

Need help fast! What Ford parts will work to do a rear disc conversion on an 87gt. I heard parts from a Lincoln VII LSC will do it. Is this true. I have access to these parts for a very short time if they will work but if I miss out ...I'm out of luck. The Lincoln is an 87 w/ 5 lug axles. Will this set up work on the 87. Also does anyone know what parts will work on the fornt brakes to convert to 5 lug? The same Mark VII? Any help is greatly appreciated.
