Default Chrome Siding?

Sup all,

I have been bring my car back to mint condition and the chrome sideing on both sides is dented and when i contacted NPD to get new ones they said that this was not a factory option and that they didn't carry them, the guy i talked to also said it might have been a dealership option, now are these supposed to be on my car? or where they put there as an aftermarket part? Dose anyone know where i can get some? Any info helpfull

Steven

PS the woman i bought it from said that they got it from a dealership auction and has restored it to the condition they got it in

Are you talking about the rocker panel moldings at the very bottom on each side? If so, virtually everyone carries those, including NPD. I ought to know, I bought a pair from them. If you're not talking about the rocker panel moldings, I can't help you.
