Default I Cant Get The Tank To Drop!!!

Okay i removed the 2 bolts that were holding the straps and i have some jacks supporting the tank in case it falls off, but it wont come off completely. somethings still holding the tank. can anyone help me out? its a 72 mustang

i found the problem. the tank is connected to the neck where i fill up the gas. do i just yank it off the tank? the only thing connecting the neck to the tank seems to be a rubber ring.
