Gesh, wish I was that lucky. Once I got myself and some people from the mustang club excited when I though I found a real Shelby Cobra sitting in a Storage Facalities abandonment lot. It was under a few tarps that were held down with cynder blocks. I saw what looked like a AC cobra and investigated. It had weeds growing all around it and in it.
I called the owner of a shop who I could trust and know alot more about real Cobras than me. He got all excited, and hurried out there. He about wet himself when he fist saw the car. He thought I had found a real 66 S/C 427 Cobra. After about 15 minutes of looking through the car, we discovered It was a Alinumum bodied replica. That sucked. Thought I had just hit the mother load of abandon cars. |
