Default inner fender

i have a 67 mustang and the inner fenders need to be replaced ...are they welded on?? bolted ??or riveted on the frame??

Spot welded to the unibody then filled at seams with seam filler. Seam filler is a caulk like compound that remains flexible but seals the seam from moisture.
