Question installing 17-inch torque thrust 2s

i have a 66 mustang coupe & soon i intend on putting
17x8 torque thrust 2s. i've heard that you'd need to "roll up" the inside lip of each wheel well to get the proper clearance for each tire. does anyone know any way to do this?
what tools do i need to get? what technique should i use?
please help. thanks.
