Default Installing firewall Insualtion

I am putting a painless wiring harness in the stang this spring and thought this would be a good time to put a new firewall insualtion pad in.

Who has done it, any tips? What all has to come out and what should I take out to make it simpler?

thanks guys,
Ryan
