Get a shop manual if you don't know.
To get to the rear, 1/4 window:
1] Pop seat bottom out, from front of seat bottom
2] Take the rear seat back out, two screws holding at bottom near seat belts.
3] Remove window crank.
4] Remove door sill plate
5] Remove windlace
6] Remove 1/4 trim panel, couple screws, clips, etc.
7] Remove and replace regulator assy.

Ditto on the shop manual. There is also a lot of adjustment that needs to be done to get things fitting correctly. Alll of it is spelled out clearly, and in detail and with lots of pictures, in the Ford shop manual.
