![]() Alright, so I'm indecisive. I am now looking between three different combos. 1. Ford has the 345 horse 302 or a Ford 302 or 347 short block with the Holley System 2 setup. I want to get as much horsepower as I can but I am not sure on the Holley setup. I want to add a Vortech charger in a year or so on this engine. If anyone has used the Holley Syetem setup let me know how it was. This would be going in place of the 289.

![]() I can't help you with the Holley question, but if you're planning on adding boost, I'd stay away from a 347.
Take care, -Chris

![]() Ummmm, what would you be doing the 289 that is coming out? If you decide on selling it, I'd be interested in knowing more info on the block. Thanks!

If you've got the money to build it right, and that's what you want, go for it. For me, I could get equal performance with better reliability for the same money elsewhere, but that's just me. Take care, -Chris
