Lower shift boot
Restoring 69 Mach I with a 3 speed manual transmission. Any body know where to find the lower shift boot. I have tried several sources but no luck so far.

Re: Lower shift boot
Who have you checked? Try out NPD, they are generally pretty good with some of that smaller stuff. Also Mustangs Plus. I didnt know you could get a mach 1 with a 3spd??! You should post up some pics of your car!

Re: Lower shift boot
I have tried NPD, California Mustang, Virginia Classic Mustang and a couple places the person at Cal. Mustang suggested. Have also talked to one of the owners of the local Ford dealer (Boss Motors) who is a mustang collector. In 69 the Mach I base package was a 351 2v engine with 3 speed manual transmission. Mut buyers opted for a 4 speed and larger engine. My wife ordered the car while teaching before we met.
