Max tire sizes for rear and front-67
 

Im looking to buy some wheels and tires, I think im gonna go with 14x8 inch wheels. What are the max dimentions I can go for the back? Im looking for the widest I can go without rubbing. As for the front, just something with the same sidewall but narrower. I also would like some suggestions on backspacing on the wheels... Thanks for any help... I appriciate it.

hey not sure about the back spacing but there are 4 mustangs in my family and all of them have 14x8 wheels running 10 inch wide tires. sorry there is no 67 in the family but there are 66 and 68 so I am sure that they will fit on A 67.

do you run 10 inch tires front and back? and do you know the actuall size of the tire? (ex. 225 65 r14) Thanks for the help though, I really appriciate it.

yea front and back. and I am preaty sure you nailed it on the actual tire size I will try to remember to check tomorrow morning cuz it is freezing out right now.

On my 68 I run 15 X 7 with 225/60R15's. It is pretty tight too.
