Default Missing Door Tag

I'm looking at a 71 mustang and is missing the Door Tag (so much for switching to paper!). VIN number is available. Questions are: How important is the door tag and the value of the vehicle? Can the door tag be reproduced? If so, where?!?!?!?!?!?

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure mustangs unlimited has repro door tags. The catch is that there are things on the tag that are not on the vin number.

This is off the top of my head but I believe things like color, trim package, axle ratio. They are not on the vin but they are on the tag. Just look at what you've got chances are no one changed the whole interior. It only really matters if you're doing a concours resto.
