I have a 66 mustang and I am changing the master cylinder over from single to dual. I have purchased a 67 mustang m/c and I am wondering if I need a distribution block and also if the push rod will be the right size or if i need to use a different one i have manual drum brakes all around and I do not plan on converting them at this time. And I am also wondering about the brake lines and how they are to be rerouted into the new m/c. any help is greatly appreciated.

If you use a 74 Maverick M/C you can use the existing distribution block. Direct bolt in, very easy swap. I did mine in an afternoon using the Wilwood kit, that slip over the existing spindles. Companies like www.greensalescompany.com usually have the M/C's available. Also check here http://www.mustangsteve.com/ I picked my M/C up from Steve.
