Default Victor Jr intake on 67 Mustang

Does anyone know if a Victor Jr intake on a 351w will fit under the stock hood of a 67 Mustang? Everyone tells me the Performer RPM will fit and the Victor Jr is only 3/4 of an inch taller so will it fit with a wrap around air filter?
