Exclamation New engine for my 67 mustang

alright first off i own a 1967 3 speed inline 6 mustang...yeh i know what ur thinking...disgrace to the musclecar era..however wait i did not buy this car in vain..i plan to put a t-5 manual tranny and a 351 windsor motor (w/many intake/internal upgrades))...will all this work together? thanks to whoever answers this question because i dont know anyting about the ford applications and right now am on a hope and a prayer that the shit that i bought on ebay will all work without TOO much work being done..oh yeah please tell exactly what i would have to do TO MAKE IT work
thanks
