Hi all,
Made good progress on the resto. I am really happy with the 'no rust' when I have removed the front fenders. There is all of the original goop that was put on seams to prevent t rust and water which has worked well. My question ... I am getting the shell sand blasted, so this will obviuosly dissappear. What should you use on the primed body to replace this stuff? Also the cowl looks good so if I can avoid pulling it apart I will. Is there any definitive way in knowing how much rust is in there? As a clue the floor pans are original and as new. Ta Clinton Brisbane Oz |
