What do they run in the 1/4? Did you put a full frame in the Falcon? Don't see too many built 390's. Nice! Red |
Those are some very nice cars. I got a set of hooker super comps to put on my 428 cj i have no where near the power that you or your freind has though. How come no aluminum intake or heads?

My buddies 69 Mustang went 11.17@120 threw the mufflers. It went 10.80's without mufflers with a 428CJ. He also has a 427 Tunnel Port stroked to a 454 that goes 10.20's for his car but it's stored away.
My Falcon has a 390 .030over 396ci went 11.58@116 breaking up at the top end because lack of fuel. That was in good weather. I had a holley blue and now I have a BG280. I do have an aluminum intake. It a 428PI intake. I have a single plane Port O Sonic to go on after this racing season. I have 428CJ heads port and polished. With the fuel pump and the new intake. I hope to go high 11.30's. I just have to wait until the cool weather comes back around. My suspension is basically stock.
