Default Power Brakes

I would like to add power to my 65 fastback. It has front discs. I heard that you could not fit the booster and the larger master cyl for the discs. Is this true? Any other suggestions as to what MC might fit with the discs, Mon or a Granada?

thanks

todd

Hey Todd,
Did the disc swap on my 66 stang. There is a company that makes an aftermarket brake booster and master clylinder for power set-up in 64-66 Stangs. There is no retro-swap that will work because of clearance problems with the shock tower. The master cylinder to use for Discs off a Granada is a 68 Mustang Power disc brake master cylinder. It has the correct pedal throw for 64-66 when bolted straight to the firewall.
