Default engine for a 1970 fastback

A friend and i are restoring his 1970 fastback. most of you know this already. it originally came with a 302. we are building a 428 for the car, probably with a top loader four speed behind it. my question is this. anyone know what changes have to be made to the car in order to make the 428 work? different suspension? different motor mounts(obviously)? are the strut towers different? I need as much info as possible. We are making a trip to connecticut this weekend, to mustangs unlimited, to pick up somethings we need, and if we find out here that we need more, we can get that too. i need as much help as anuone can give me. thanks.
