				 | Power locks in non-power lock Stang Just wondering how this would be done with no factory switches for the locks? The reason I want to convert is for an alarm. Matt

				 | The easiest way would get a set of power lock doors from another stang of the same color. The other way would be to transfer the locking mechanism from a power door set to your doors but I don't know if that would be a pain in the asss or not.

				 | That second option, Is that basically where I'd press my dirver's lock down and the passanger would go down? Because if that's considered power locks, I'd do that. WHatever I'd need for an alarm. Matt

				 | I know this one, I have done it to my car. You can get actuators that bolt onto the existing non power lock mechanism. I did the same thing so i could unlock and lock the car from the alarm remote. I think I got mine from circuit city for about 40 bucks total (for the 2 actuators). It was really easy to install also and plugged right into the alarm. If circuit city does not have em try any car stereo shop or best buy.

				 | In that case it could be fuses, relays, etc.
