Default power steering nightmare.

70 fastback
power steering control valve was leaking at the ball stud so i ordered reman. replacement and installed per instructions. No power assist at all, two more valves later (total of 3) and a few arguments with The supplier and i still have no assist when turning right. this is not rocket science and i'm sufficiently frustrated.
anyone have any experience or input?
at least with the leak, i could drive it!
Thanks in advance for any help.
