Spark Plugs

I've got a 68 with a 302 and what I believe are 289 heads. It says 289 under the vavle cover anyway, and I'm wondering what spark plugs to run. The kid at the local Kragen's sold me Autolite 45's but I don't trust him much. What are you guys using?

I would use a Motorcraft BSF42C or BSF32C, I am not sure what the Autolite number is but it won't make a difference if you have a 289 or 302 they are the same.
In the Motorcraft numbers the lower number is a colder running plug, I ran the 42 before my engine rebuild to help keep the plugs cleaner but with a fresh engine and Pertronix I will be starting with the 32.
