Restoration Complete
1 Attachment(s)
After 3 years, 4 months, and 7 trillion man-hours, I finally finished the restoration of my 68 Mustang coupe. I've attached a picture. Hopefully, I'll have some better pictures as soon as we get some decent sunny weather here. Just need a front-end alignment, appraisal, insurance, and inspection sticker and then I can hit the road.

Feels great, doesn't it? Car looks awesome. All that hard work, money, and time spent on it will soon pay itself off once you get it on the road. It's a great feeling to drive down the road and have 75% of the people just stare as you go by. It makes you very proud. Congratulations and good luck with it in the future!

NADA has a good valuation for your classic. Check it before getting the appraisal so you know what value the appraisal should have. Even though your car is just restored, it will be a #2 car unless you trailer it and its concours original. The value can approach #1 if you have all the receipts to back up your work. See www.nadaguides.com for Classic muscle cars.
Quick look shows: $4,810 $9,263 $12,610 Hence the value of your car is somewhere between $9,263 and $12,610 if small block V8 with air. |
Congratulations on your restoration, the car looks great! THere's nothing more rewarding than finishing something you've put lots of time/money and work into.
