Sounds pretty bayad, you should post some pics if you can, maybe a video after you get it running?

roush heads

What are those heads like out of the box? Did you flow them before you ported them? Did they flow the 200 they are suposed to, on the int. side? More? What is the exhaust like unported? Are they reasonably priced? Those numbers are impressive, how much porting did you do? Finally, I don't know much about comupter dyno programs, but with that kind of cubic inch (408) you're bound to make a bunch of power. And that cam looks like a nice choice! Sounds like it will be very torquy. One more question though, why the extra lift on the exhaust sid? They aren't stock ford heads...

What is this going into cause if it's for a mustang it's gonna rock!

combo

hey trevor thanks, the car is a 69mach1 that i had for over 20yrs, getting old man, anyway the guy who ported my heads is unreal, those ports look like glass, even around the valve guides were smooth, i didnt have them check before they were ported, now that i think of it i should of, the cam has little more duration on the ex side, i think that the norm on fords, this thing is going to be a bear on the road i hope, last time had 400 hp, this time hope more, my old sr heads flowed @ .005 228cfm, so i think the roush heads are close.

realize though that it's not just about CFM. Cause if you can't use it there's no point. With that stroked windsor you shouldn't have any problems. By the way flow is measure with valve lift.... ie .500 of an inch not .005 that's 5 thousanths of an inch. You wouldn't even be able to blow your nose at .005 inch valve lift. Nice try though.

Hmm, nice try! (WTF?)
