66 frontend swap
 
Hi all, has anyone out there tried to put a fox or sn95 front frame/floorpan into a 66??? I have a wrecked 90 GT and thought about trying this swap, have the engine and aod out of the 90, already converted to carb, if i use the 95 setup would also use the interior, and dash out of it,,, any HELP??????

1995 mustang, (3.8) converted to 5.0
X303 cam
crane 1.7 roller rockers
Probe pistons
RPM intake
Holley 670 avenger
AOD

i wish u lived next door. ive got a sawzall and a torch. we'll maker fit. i read an article where someone cut #1 axle out. flat plates where the towers were. 90s suspension in. a 4.6 in the new spacious bay. photos too. of course that doesnt mean it handled well. quite a bit heavier in front now id imagine.

given enough time tools and steel I think dam near anything can be done, but I don't think the chassis in a 95 is even remotely close to a 66 ??? :confused:
