Looking for a good mechanic in Monterey Bay Area

I'm looking for a good mechanic who knows Mustangs 65-68 and can fix them professionally (Monterey Bay Area, preferably Monterey, Salinas, Santa Cruz). I'm going to purchase Mustang 65 and need to check if everything is ok before I ship it to my homeland - Poland.
