Steering linkage

I am building a 65 coupe and installing a V-8. I have swapped the spindles and running into a few problems with the steering. My car had a 200 6cyl before. Is the pitman arm the same on all 65's or do I need a different one? The original steering for the 6 is different from the V-8's. I purchase a kit from PST which is really nice, but very differnt from the original. It matches the linkage on my 65 convertable. If anyone has experience with this let me know.

I believe that the pitman arm on down is different between the I6 and v8. Perhaps the tie rods are the same, but I swapped over to the granada spindles so I had to switch my outer tie rods also, and while I was doing it I justed swapped the inners also.

Thanks for the help, I ended up getting a new pitman arm for a V8 and also changed the idlerarm and all tie rods. I'm have to change the steering stops as well.
