How many people here are from Dallas?
 

I'm surprised at the number of times I see a post related to the metroplex area, and see even more in the bio's. I know there are a LOT of classic Mustangs in the DFW area, just amazes me to keep running into these people on the web, etc.

I'm not from Dallas but I think Rowlett would be close enough.I wish I could say you've seen my 69 Sportsroof but unfortunately it's resting in the garage!

Well that's close enough for me. I live in Lewisville. I really like those 69 Sportsroofs, and have considered one for my next project.

66fastback, I am not in dallas but down the road in Houston. I have also noticed lots of people in the DFW area on this page but not to many from Htown. I also have a fastback a 65 with a built 306 (360hp/360 ftlbs) backed by an AOD with 3.80 gears. Anybody up there going to come down to Htown for the big show in Sept?

Todd, I'm from Houston too. Have a '66 coupe with a built 306/C-4/3.25 Traction-lock. Only about 300 h.p./340 lb/ft. Do you ever go to
HRP? I run 14.17/97. Wondering how your's does with 360 h.p./360 lb/ft?
