I did both fronts and rears on my 70 convert last summer along with heavier rate, 1" lowered springs. I wanted something firmer and longer lasting than stock but not the road shock transmitting of poly. Went with Canadian Mustang Midolyne bushings on front susp arms, stuck with rubber on shocks and sway bars because is not a street racer - just a cruiser, and I'm VERY happy with the results! Firm, controlled ride, but not lots of abrupt road shock transmitted. They perform as advertised. CM good to deal with, too. Highly recommend their products & their service.
