Mustang Rarityy

DO anyyone knows that Mustangs where also Assembled in South America?
Yes, it is true in 1967 the Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant in Lima-Peru was producing Mustan HardTops. The great thing "I have One of them!!!".
My problem: Is any way to decode the Peruvian Dataplate? I've got original Peruvian Workshop Manuals, but those manuals are just translations from the original English ones, and the dataplate examples are the American ones (if you try to translate the codes with the American Dataplate codes you get some funny things).
Anyone knows where (or how) to find a decoder for this "Ensamblado en el Peru" dataplate. My car looks (I don't know about the feel) better than the 2000 Playmates, and they are also Peruvian.
